Rear defogger problem

Is there a way to repair the broken lines on rear window defoggers? There is a scratch from the previous owner that goes right through the lines that aren't working. It's not a deep scratch but deep enough to have cut through. Anyone know of a fix besides replacing the window or leaving it go?

Permatex makes a product that will repair your problem. I haven't used it but I work for Autozone and have sold it a few times. The couple of times I got feed back were positive.

Thanx for the info. I'll run to Autozone today to check it out.

It worked on an old Honda I had 10 years ago. Just try not to use any harsh cleaners on your windows because it will come right off.
