yes indeed it has been done!!! you will have to cut on the fire wall and alot of other mods though.

The guys in the SVT department at Ford experimented with a supercharged 5.4 in a ranger. They were trying to make a baby lightning. The truck looked pretty mean but will probably never see production.

TBolt,i sent you an email,you can post the info if you want.There's plenty of room between fenders,springs,frame rails etc.Yes, the firewall had to be pushed a little,but not too much to keep a factory fan.Hand fabricating headers was a bitch tho.
