Coolant Flush Procedure

It's about time for me to flush the coolant in my 98 4.0L. Just wanted to know if there is any certain procedure I should stick to. I'm sure my owners manual has the coolant capacity, but that info would be helpful too. (I know, I need to buy a repair manual)

Coolant Flush Procedure

go on down to your local checkers, autozone or simular store and get the flush kit from prestone. It goes inline to the heater hose and backflushes the system. Used one yesterday, cleans out pretty good, I guess you could also run some radiator flush thru 1st then back flush.
