Kwik Filter Sound?

Kwik Filter Sound?
Okay, I just installed the Kwik filter. What a difference. Turbo seems a little quicker, and the whistle is nice to hear. My question is when I slam it to the floor on the freeway (or anywhere else, for that matter) rev it up good and then let off the pedal there is an audible pstshhhhhh sound. (Sounds like a blowoff valve on a little honda civic turbo) Is this the wastegate? is this something wrong with my truck? I called the local performance shop and they said they don't know why it would do that. Help please!

sounds like tubo stall or turbo lag my 2000 does the same thing
it was always thier you just coulnt hear it with the factory air box
nothing to worry about
