well I got another SD
All the changes made for the 2005 model convinced me
I picked up my new truck last night 05 f350 xlt v10\5spd auto\tow command
I wasnt sure on the new looks at first
but I think I really like it--the front end has this Beefy yet refined look
I only have 60 miles--but this rides alot smoother on bumps etc...\
and has gobs of power\ and most important-THis truck TURNS!!!much tighter turning radius---this compared to my 01 w 5.4

I had no idea about the tighter turning radius.
My dealer called me today (finally) to let me know that "I can" order the 350 without the bed. I already knew this part. All I wanted to know is what type of after-market bed they would reccomend. He said he would "look into it and get back to me".
I expect this to take three to four weeks. It seems that they're more interested in selling SUVs than they are this kind of truck.

ask around or look online for bed manufacturers if it took the dealer that long to get back to you on the bed delete.
