2001 Excursion and Prodigy Controller 911

I got a 2001 Excursion Diesel 4x4 w/ tow package.

I have a prodigy controller and the factory Ford harness was cut leaving just 5 wires. Blue, Black, Red, White and Whitew/ Blue Stripe.

I connected all except white w/blue stripe.

Checked all fuses & relays and they are good.

No power to prodigy.

Looked in engine compartment and saw same 4 wires I hooked up in cab. They were all cut also. They were next to fuse box and running down towards box. I exposed wiring harness to see if the other end was there somewhere & they were not. So I took Prodigy out of cab and hardwired directly in engine compartment to same four wire running to fuse box. Nothing.

What do I do know? Got truck yesterday and of course sceduled to leave at 8am. I'm screwed. Any help?

Thanks,
D

Well, it's unfortunate that someone cut the connector under the dash. Otherwise it would have been simply a "plug & play" situation. Since I didn't have to resolve your issues, I can only suggest that you contact Tekonsha directly, or a local trailer/hitch shop. Either should be able to advise you over the phone. The question is, how much off schedule will you be (regarding your intended 8 AM departure).
