Question Rear Window

Anyone know where I can detailed step by step instructions to remove the one piece rear window on my '97 and install a slider window? Is there any problem if I try to use an original from the salvage yard?

And what is with the funky plastic window frame? I just bought a 2002 and have noticed that the rear window frame is all kerfluieey. The seal is out of place and there are a couple 1/2" gaps between the frame and window on a couple corners. Luckily I have a 100 day warranty so I'll just make the dealer fix it, but will this be an ongoing issue and is it an easy fix?

It's not hard. Strip the interior and remove the bolts that hold the window on. Takes about 2 hour from start to finish. I would NOT use an orginal from the salvage yard as the frame is most likely cracked at the pillar and will leak. If you are going to install a slider, buy a new one.
