Hello everyone,
Picked up my new 2005 PSD on 10/22/05 (F-250 SC 4X4). I traded a 2000 F-250 SD SC 4X4 with a 5.4L gas burner that had a 120K and not a minutes worth of trouble, it was a great truck, but severely lacked in the power department and got anywhere from 10 to 12 mpg.
All I can say about the new 05 is WOW!!!!!! what a difference. It has 685 miles and is getting anywhere from 16 to 17 mpg with mixed city and highway driving. The power is amazing, why I didn't go diesel before is beyond me. Granted diesel is high, but I wouldn't trade it for the anything at this point and time. We'll keep ya posted. Will send pics soon.
I know that smile all to well. I'm loving my new rig, friends with their 99's are having a ball comparing, I'm pretty sure Ford is getting a couple more orders!
ntobias1, did you take your stickers off with a heat gun? If I have time mine are coming off this weekend.

They peel Right off..Then a little alcohol to clean of excess glue..
The longer they stay on the harder they are to take off though...
