I am trying to decide which 04 F-150 to buy. Please give me some advice after viewing this thread.

I would go for the Supercab. The Heritage won't be worth much as soon as you drive it off the lot. You get more truck with the supercab.

Go with the Supercab XL... its nice and roomy and the 5.4L is a nice engine. I saw the Heritage for $10k when as I was buying my truck... but never even consided it. If you can afford it, then get it, if $100/m extra is too much.. then get what you can. $17k for that XL isn't bad. Also see what interest rate you're getting... if they're giving you a high one, check with your bank, see if you could get a lower one. $17K financed for 60 months @ 9.4% ARP = $356/m total interest paid = $4372... at 4.9% APR = $320/m total interest paid = $2201
