The question you asked should be in the Super Duty forum, but anyway...Welcome to FTE.
I have used NAPA Gold 3518 and Racor 4596. Either one will do the job. If you get a filter with the lid attached, make sure you keep the lid for later on. Most filters have no lid, like the ones I just mentioned. Hope this helps, and visit the correct forum....

When I got my truck, it had a Hastings filter on it. This unit had an intergral lid. I initially wanted to use a Motorcraft, so I needed to acquire a lid because whomever had my truck before me didn't pass the lid along to me. A nice member of this forum supplied a lid for me to use (thanks again, rvfiver), and I am now using the "factory" style set-up. The times that I have changed the filter, which is every other oil change, I have used both Motorcraft and Racor and am happy with both. A good place to get these is:
