There was a similar thread I saw recently but I cannot find it now. I'd like to find it because the guy had pictures and instructions on how he put newer Explorer seats into a Ranger. I own a '94 Ranger and just bought a set of '99 Explorer seats for it- leather, 6 way power plus lumbar. Now I just need to clean them up and figure out how to get them in.

I'm planning on using my own rails from my seats, I just wonder if the mounting holes from that year would be the same as mine. The sticky does absolutely nothing for me on that issue. If modifications are needed...what will it entail? Drilling new holes or buying new rails...etc?

A long time ago, someone posted a detailed descrip. of exactly what seats will interchange with a ranger and what years...and I can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone have any idea where that would be?
