first off, i had my hubs changed five thousand miles ago and i started to develope a grinding noise on the passenger side. i took it back to my mechanic and had him check it out. he found that the axle bearing had rusted up and was starting to undercut my axle. he said that it was from moisture getting in where the old vacuum lines for the original hubs went. he suggested that i remove the old lines and cap everything off. anyone else that had there hubs changed might want to check this out.
second, im runnig a chip now so my egt's are higher, and im wondering about those things that let you take your key out of the ignition and run the truck for like five minutes? you guys have any suggestions on a quality one, ive some times seen them with remote start kits. any help would be fully appreciated.
one last thing, i got my tranny troubles staightened out. i bit the bullet and ordered a monster box from factory tech, i pick the truck up tomorrow from where im having it installed. i cant wait, ive heard good things.
