I saw some brake dust shields on sale from Moss Motors online www.f150store.com
anybody tried these out? I would much like to reduce the brake dust on my two front wheels.
Thanks
I put a set of the Kleen Wheels on my Lariat as soon as I got it. Couldn't be happier. No brake dust burning into the finish on the wheels or settling on the wheels. I love 'em!
I also installed Kleen Wheels, great... Before you send to Moss Mtrs., you had better check locally..Bought mine at AA Auto Parts, considering how much Moss's shipping is they were a lot cheaper from AA, even with Moss's being on sale...

Last time I washed the truck I waxed the wheels with NuFinish. Took 2 minutes per wheel. The dust just blows off now and what does stick washes off with the hose.
I am with you Biggziff, I hate all that tire dressing. It turns brown, over time it will rot the sidewalls, it smears all over your rims, and the side of the truck and it looks terrible too me. Whestlys is the best. When you are done they look just like new tires, black but not shinny.
Hey, Biggziff and WEB...is Westley's available at the typical car stores?? Is it a spray or what...sounds like something I've been waiting for (the tire-black sux). Thanks!
I get mine at PEP Boys. I have seen it at Wal Mart also. Most any auto parts store carries it. It is a spray on. It makes the tires black and the white letters white. I use it about once a month. Be careful, it is strong. Don't let it dry. I spray it on and scrubb with a brush then hose off and finish the rest of the truck.
