Banging in front end
Hit a bump on the way home last night and heard a bang. Went out this morning and now every little bump I hit I hear a banging noise, like something is moving and hitting. I jacked it up and everything seems tight. I tried moving the wheel up and down and left and right but no movement. I tried jumping up and down on the bumper shocks seem ok but I did hear a squeeking noise. I had my radius arm bushings replaced about 6 months ago. Any ideas?

Check and make sure that the rubber bump stop on the frame directly above the axle isnt missing nor damaged.
This rubber bump stop prevents the axle from compressing into the frame when going over a bump. If this bump stop is missing--there will be a bang heard when the axle housing hits the frame member. I have had this happen on other trucks--very noticeable!!!
