Stull billet grill install
Hi, any tips on installing a Stull billet grill? I know the factory grill needs to be cut but has anyone done it and can offer some guidance?
Also , any pics available of Lund dual hood scoops installed?

Use a cut off wheel. I used a 4.5 inch angle grinder with a cut-off wheel on it to do the major cuts and a 3 inch air cut-off wheel for the rest. Then finish with sanding wheels on a 3 inch angle sander. Take your time because if you spin the cutting wheels or sanders too fast, they melt the plastic instead of cutting it. Also, don't waste your money on a dremel as I did at first, it is way too small for the job.
