05 Switches in Dash
Hello all,
I have been to one of my local Ford dealers and was looking at the new 05 F250's on the lot. It might go without saying but I really like all the improvements to them. One thing that I really liked was the use of factory installed toggle switches mounted on the center section of the lower dash. This was of particular interest to me because I am a volunteer FF/EMT and these switches would be great to run my lights and siren. My question is this, does anyone have any info if this lower dash would bolt into my 03 F250 without any modifications? I know that there is at least one company that makes a replacement lower dash for the SuperDuty rescue units, but I think it is really more then what I need. I just need a few toggles like I was saying. Anyhow, thanks for any info you might have, I know that these are so new that nobody might know for sure, but I thought I would ask anyhow.

Don't know about the bolt in but it is my understanding that the switches are more than just switches. They also include a wiring harnes and relays.
I know from some other threads here that some of the 05 owners who didn't get the switches factory installed are trying to determine if they can order the parts afterward and install the switches.
