2003 Exp EB issues.
We purchased this truck used it has 19,500 miles on it. We've had the rear diff replaced, they've fixed the rear door rattles once, now they seem to be rattling again. The front differential was leaking fluid in the center, now on the pass side it may be leaking again. We've had the rotors cut and new brakes put on, 1k miles later the front end shakes again. Has anyone had any luck with aftermarket rotors? Tire rack only sell 2 kinds for the 03 EB, one is the power slot. Plus, now we seem to have developed the trans "clunk" when it downshifts to 1st gear. We love the size and the comfort of this truck, but I am really thinking of unloading this pig!!!

I'm starting to think buying a nice 4 or 5 year old expedition is the way to go. Just got a 99 EB 5.4 4x4 loaded a month ago, 84k miles, and don't have a complaint. (fingers crossed).
