No.
The process of converting grease into biodisel is a chemical reaction so reverting back to a more solid state like grease is not an issue.

You still want to store it tight and dry like diesel though so in an auxillary bed tank you will be fine.

We have a 2004 6.0 powerstroke F-450 flatbed on order. As with all of our other trucks and cars, we will run it on 100% biodiesel. Cost of B100 biodiesel on Maui is $2.59/gallon, 10 cents per gallon cheaper than regular unleaded, and about 20 cents per gallon less than #2 diesel.

Some Biodiesel comes from soybeans, which is grown in the good ole' USA. Some farmers are using bio-blend in their powerunits and tractors around here! Schools systems are even considering running it in their bus fleets. Keep AMERICAN farmers in buisness and don't let the oil companies "blow smoke" up your... you get the idea.

Currently the biggest problem on cost (that $3.20) is the virgin oil. Most of the retailers buy bio from "new" oil sources, and the cost of soy oil is fairly high.

I use it on a regular basis right now as a fuel additive - 5g/38g tank. makes B-13. The truck runs quiter, & smoother w/ the bio. One other "bunny hugger" advantage is that its better for the environment as opposed to straight or waste oil burning. s/wvo burned in our trucks produces a carcinogin (acrolein) by burning the glycerin thats not transestrified out like bio-diesel is.

Why use bio? Its better for the truck (if its clean), its better for the environment, its better for our economy, and you aren't funding the saudi royal family or any other forign organization.

Thumbs up soydiesel

use B20 here in Michigan and have had NO problems with any of the 5 diesels I have ranging from the 6.0 to semi engines. I use extra cetane from my fuel supplier to help with any gelling problems or starting isues. The 6.0 starts well even at -10. Not plugged in. I use the biodiesel which comes from soybeans. check out the following site. www.crystalflash.com/files/Crystal%20Flash%20Soy%20Diesel%20XC.jpg
