351 H.o.

I have heard of it in early 80's truck's, and seen a truck that was suppossed to have one.
What made it an H.O. compared to a standard 351?, and what was it putting out for power.

It had to do with the cam and heads. I'm not sure what exactly what parts were involved, but someone else might.

it was offered in 85 and 86, basically what it had was a bump in compression, half apoint i belive (good for 25 hp), then they used a bigger cam as well as a 4barrel intake and a pos holley carb (4150 i believe), i think they are good for between 220 and 240, with a set of 4.10's these motor give new meaning to stump puller, but then again so does the rebuilt 351H.O. (out of an 87) in my flareside that putting out 350hp.
