You do have an option for the rear seats. You can get the Captains chairs in the rear with a center console, just like the front minus the power controls and not heated, or you can get the 60/40 split rear seat all of which is covered in castano brown leather along with the steering wheel, center front console and the hand grips throughout the truck.

Once the Search ability comes back, search for a thread called "King Ranch" - I believe it was from a month or so back, and had quite a few opinions on the leather, how to maintain it, etc etc... good thread to read.
