Camshaft Position Sensor CPS or CMS
I found the sensor in the back of the engine and it looks like a real bear to replace. Is there a trick to getting to it or am I looking at a real challenge. This is a 1996 6 cylinder 4.0 with AC, an AC line appears to go right over making it an extra challenge. I plan on just changing the sensor and not pulling out the housing. Also, any tips on inspecting the housing without pulling it out? The CEL code is P0340 so I think this should do the trick if I can get to it....
