hello
Just a post to say hello. I'm new to the forum and recently purchased my new toy. It's an '01 F150 XLT 4x4 with a 5.4l. This is my first truck with the 5.4 and I'm trying to learn as much as I can about it. I also have a '00 explorer 4x4 XLS and an '89 Mustang 5.0 LX show car. I'm happy to be back in an F150. I had to trade off my little red '98 F150 XL (4.2l 5 sp) 2 years back for the explorer(primarily my wifes) and have been stuck driving a little '94 Plymouth Sundance (3.0 5 sp) ever since. It was a fun little car that would surprise the heck out of most ricers, but not an ideal vehicle for Alaska.

Welcome aboard the best family oriented Ford Truck site on the net! You have come to the right place for information, with all of our many forums and especially ones suited to your specific vehicles. Alaska, eh? I had a chance to move there a number of years back but blew the chance. Oh well... I still live in the "Last Best Place" of the lower 50.
