Yankees 10-7 woohoo. I was getting a little worried there towards the end, but they pulled through. Now if the Astros can just whoop up on the cardinals then that would be great. Yankees vs Astros in World Series.

Gotta go for the sox, they can still come back and take the series. Maybe someday my Tigers will be in the World Series again. I'd settle for a .500 season really......

Woohoo another win for the Yankees, 3-1. Dang the cardinals came through and beat the Astros, that sucks but at least the yankees won game 2.

yes, games 3,4,5 will be in boston, and game 6, where the Red Sox win the series, will be in the Bronx

The Red Sox will be eliminated again because they are losers, simple as that. Pedro is the biggest loser, Schilling is done, Johnny Damon isn't setting the table so far and it all adds up to another playoff loss to the hated Yankees. Of course Pedro can always change teams next season and pitch for his 'daddy'. Assuming the Cardinals are in the World Series, does anybody actually think the Yankees will have anything for them? The Yankees don't have the pitching to contain the Cards lineup. That $180 million payroll is only good enough to win the AL pennant and Steinbrenner is gonna be royally ticked and the heads will roll in the off season.
