programmer for a 1996 3.0L ranger
i have looked all over for one and havent come up with one. is it worth calling super chips or whoever to see if i can get a custom programer?

Superchips does not have any programmers for Rangers. Superchips Custom (a different company), does. Can program them for you: http://www.motorhaven.com/customer/p...cat=274&page=1
