What size tires...

I have an '86 Bronco 2. Right now, it has LT235x75R15 radial tires, and a 2" or 2.5" lift. I'm currently looking to get some larger tires, and looking at the Mickey Thompson Baja's, 29x11.50x15. But, the thing is, I'm not sure if they'll fit without a larger lift.
Has anybody tried using 29x11.50x15 wheels, without a lift larger than 2"?

Thanks,
Jeremy

Have a stock, no lift, stock rims, 1989 bronco2 with 30x9.50 AT's, they fill the fender wells, no rubbing at all, looks great, the probem with going wider may be rubbing the radius arms unless you get rims that outset the tires.

235's are usually in the 28" range and you're going to 29's, shouldn't be a problem there cause all you're doing is going wider. The only problem I can foresee with that width is perhaps hitting the fenders when turning and like the above post hitting the radius arms unless you get wheels with the proper offset. If you move the wheels out you're going to increase the chances of fender clearance.
