i dont know if you will feel that much without the tuner and other mods. i added a 2.8 upper pulley and a 4lb bottom with the predator and cold air intake along with free flowing exhaust and watch out, that puppy moves out now..
You could even run a 2.76 upper, with a 2-4-or if you have the guts, 6lb lower. Like dirty diesel said, CAI, I don't have much experience with the predator, but it seems to be good, with a free-er flowing exhaust will make an awesome combo. Don't forget to have it dyno'd to make sure the a/f ratio is ok. Would suck to have the pred. off just a little.
how about just changing the processor or the chip will that change the available boost?
The boost is created mechanicly, the only pratical way to add more boost on a supercharger is with diffrent pulleys, (the faster SC spins, the more boost you will recieve). The chips and programers are needed for remaping the fuel system so that you don't get too lean and fry a piston or more. The upper pulley on the eaton is pressed on and from what ive heard a pita to replace whereas the crank pulley is realitively easier. Just remember it you do change the pulley be sure you have a predator programer or a chip, otherwise your in for a harvard lesson. Still waiting (hopefully buy x-mas i can give myself an excuse) to get and interchangeable 4-6 crank pully and a predator programer(which has a built in datalogger .)

Just buy a pulley remover, no big deal to swap pulleys then. You could even just get a front snout with pulley, alot of 03-04 Cobra guys do that so in case of a problem it doesn't have any pulley marks, or any appearnace of the pullley being changed.
Harleyss02,
I have a stock (2.93) upper pulley off a 2001 Lightning that will fit your truck. Installing it will put you at 8+ lbs of boost and will add about 12 RWHP and 22 RWTQ. Click on my user name and send me an email if you're interested.
Hello everyone. This is my first forum and I need some help here.I have a 2002 harley davidson f150 that we cut the cats off and put some superflow 40s on. now i"ve lost the low end torque.I have a cold air intake,4 pound underpulley new plenum w/ an accuefab singleblade throttlebody and a new flash tuner. So the question is how do I get the low end torque back in it and what would be considered safe to bump the boost up to.I plan on changing the snout pulley to a stock lightning pulley which I believe w/the 4 pound underpulley would give me a total of 4 pounds.
I bought a SVT front drive from WWW.MagnusonProductws.com along with full lenght dyna flow S. S. headers, K&N,4lbl lower pulley, pred. chip. This Harley Dynoed at 466 HP.
Thanks for the info,I"ll have to check them out. 466 from your Harley is pretty impressive. After I get all my goodies put on, Im going to have to get it dynoed and see what kind of numbers we come up with.
