Power Stroke swap

I just bought a 1995 F-350 crewcab 4x4. It has a 460 and a auto trans. How hard would it be to swap in a power stroke diesel (either 7.4 or 6.0) into this? Has anyonw done it? Are there any shops in SoCal that can do this? Is it worth it? I want a diesel because I will be doing a lot of towing with it. Thanks.

Probably a typo, but it is a 7.3 diesel, and I know some people here have done such swaps(I think)

I will probably get flamed for this, but for ease of installation, an old 12v cummins might work better, I know it is a pretty easy swap. Ive helped on a couple. Probably cheaper too.
