I'm seriously considering developing a straight axle kit for Ford Rangers and I know that the Ranger and Bronco II are the same (suspension wise). I was wondering how many wheelers with Broncos out there would go for such a thing at a fraction of the cost that the aftermarket MFR's are asking. Thanks.

Strength, alignment problems generally end, it's just easier to deal with.. Less moving parts.. Man the ford TTB front end had a myrid of problems, but was still a great front end. A solid axle would just make these invincible..
Yes, I would be interested.. or in at least plans for it.. I'm driving a car right now after selling my 78 f150 4x4, and am looking for a good bronco 2 without engine/tranny to put a 302 into.. My 150 was just too big to go were i wanted to go.
Hey Whats Up
Man I got a 90' model bronco 2 with full size axles.(dana 44 and ford 9). I want to put a 350 motor 350 trans and 205 case in it. Only problem is the flipped front end. Its on the wrong side for chevrolet. Any ideas ? Thought about putting leaf sprung front end under it. Or maybe just swappin in a chevy dana 44 and doin some heavy modification to it.
