Rust-Mort or Por-15
You have to treat it right or cut it out. If not it will continue to grow and worse will flares.

I went out and got rust treatment thats in a rattle can and sprayed it on all the rust. Tomorrow I think Im going to get some that I can brush on so it gets the nooks and crannys good. Then Im going to use filler and fill in the fenders.

I would put rust treatment inside also. That is where the rust sneaks up on you.

I've used Ospho, applied with both a chip brush and a trigger spray bottle. Protect your skin & eyes when you use it. I'd suggest using a spray bottle to get a decent amount up into the area between the wheelhouse and the outer fender. I'd also suggest doing it a few times, letting it set for a day between each application. Then, if your up to it, empty a can of Rustoleum, or better Zero-Rust, into the same area. Be at the ready to wipe off any overspray or drips that might come through to the outside surface.
