Great board you have here -- lots of solid, professional advice from experienced people, and a friendly crowd to boot I've been lurking here for the past several weeks while trying to breathe life back into a 1985 F150 that I resurrected from the junkyard. This has been my first foray into auto mechanics for nearly 25 years. Back then I'd be working on 10-15 year-old vehicles, so this 1985 technology seems rather new-fangled
I've got some engine questions which I'll stick in the 'Inline Six' forum.
Thanks Mike. Yup, it can get a bit nippy at times, -35 C (-30 F) in February is usually the coldest. Pretty mild right now, about 8 C (43 F). Have a look out my basement window if you like, though it's still dark for another 1/2 hour -- http://www.labradorstraits.net/home/index.php?id=5
