Losing power....

My dad asked to find out for him (he's not very computer literate) about his 1989 bronco II, 5 speed. He just had a new transmission put in it and got it tuned at the local ford dealer and says it can't even make it up a hill in 3rd! He has to poke up the hill in second. Any advice things to check????

Losing power....

wich engine is in it maby the trans is not geared
right for the engine or rear enda lighter fly wheel
may help and it would rev alot faster :7
