Front Brake Caliper Leak
The left front brake caliper on my 92 F350 Dually froze so I went to NAPA and purchased a rebuilt one and figured I'd do the right side while I was at it. Put the left one on-no problems. Put the right one on and can not get a seal between the banjo bolt and the caliper. I used the new copper washers provided on both sides of the brake line block, but still leaks a lot. I even tried the old washers to no avail. The caliper seems fine, both sides of the brake line block are in good shape with no dirt on the washer surfaces. I cleaned the banjo bolt also. Anybody have any tips as to how to make this seal tightly? I'm going to NAPA today and buy several more washers. The ones provided with the caliper seem thicker than the old ones. Any ideas appreciated
