Question Braided brake lines

I'm doing brakes on my 03EB this weekend. Powerslot rotors & semi-metalic pads. Also wanted to replace rubber brake lines with stainless braided ones. Can anyone tell me if they've used them & where I can get them from?

You'll probably have to make them from scratch.

Yeah I thought so. Found a guy who will do then for around $50 for the pair, just need to tell him what length & size/type of fitting.

Try Russell and/or Goodridge. They make S.S. braided brake lines for competition vehicles and street motrocycles. I know Russell makes them for street cars/trucks; not so sure about Goodridge. Sarcasm: I didn't know the SCCA had a road-racing SUV category. The S.S. brake lines are expensive and definitely OVERKILL for a road-going vehicle. If you want them for show, go ahead and splurge; if you want them for performance on this vehicle, you'll be very disappointed.
