Jeff..Can you sell

me a new Volvo? I understand you work for a Ford dealership, anyway this is possible?

I wish. All the dealer franchises are still independent of one another, so all I can sell are Fords. On the other hand, as a dealership employee, I can personally get A-Plan on a Jaguar.....

There's only one that sells Volvo in Rochester: Best Motors. They've always had a good reputation, but a few people who've shopped there lately have told me that they can have a "we're-the-only-game-in-town" attitude. From here, you have to go to Syracuse (Alan Byer, I think? Good reputation) or Buffalo (not sure who handles them there).

How about A-plan on a DB-9? That would be something to write home about!
