Outrageous!!
my grandpa went to a local ford dealership to get a new negative battery terminal/cable, you know, a rather mundane thing. he didn't feel like making one, and he wanted a ford part. so he went and got them to look one up for him, and they wanted over $100 dollars for it!!! no joke!!! he told them to look it up again because he couldn't believe it!! this was the "right" price! so he went and talked to his son (my uncle) at Carquest, and got him to look up the same part, and carquest wanted 8.50 for it... go figure

About the parts,I'm in the midst of trying to locate a Motorcraft parts wholesaler in my locale.
I sure miss the wholesaler I had 10 years ago.
