your problem may be in the actual control unit in the dash where you select ac positions. I know that they are supposed to blow hot to the rear if you have the selector switch on mix or vent and turn on up the switch for the rear. this automatically turns on heat to the rear. To run ac to the rear the selector must be on max or norm and then turn the switch for the rear up. If you are getting hot air to the rear ac when you have the selector on max or norm, then you may want try burping the cooling system. if this does not work my next guess would be the controller in the dash.
