I have replaced the steering shaft on my 72 f-100, cant remember horn assembly, two grounds one plugs in to ground on steering wheel, the other I cant remember, cant figure out groundundefined
You're right, one plugs into the ground on the steering wheel, next to the large bolt in the center of the wheel.
The other one goes to any one of the two metal tabs that you secure the horn ring to. It should have a different type of spade on it.
I just hooked it on one of the holes where the screw went into the back of the horn ring, through the steering wheel, and made sure the screw caught a little of it to make sure it did not move.
On my 72 the other is a V-shaped connector that just shoves into one of the bolt holes that you screw a steering wheel puller into. This is exactly the same way the horn is connected on my 94 Suburban.
