Automatic antenna
Hey. I have a 1996 Explorer. My neighborhood is kind of a high crime neighborhood, and my antenna has been stolen 3 times. Im not even going to buy a new antenna this time, because it will just be stolen again. However, my question is: Would i have to take my whole front right fender off to install a electric antenna? has anyone done this? any help or input is greatly appreciated

no just remove the inner plastic molding around the wheel well. then follow the wire that goes from the antenna to the radio, it usually runs down the pass side kick panel then up behind the glove box.
