how the heck do you get these things off I have tried everything and they wont move an inch

 

If I recall correctly, the front bearings on that truck are sealed, meaning you can't get to the bearings to grease them. You should be able to pop the rotors off, but sometimes they can rust a little bit. Try parts breaker and lightly tapping the edge while you spin the rotor.
