1996 Door remotes

On my '94 the stock remote transmitters go like this:
1) find an open 2-pin connector under the dash left side of the ash tray and shorten it with ignition OFF.
2) turn ignition ON (doors close - open), press any button on the remote (doors close - open).
3) turn ignition OFF and remove the short link, that's it.
