I have my tailights pretty much not working at the moment... The reverse lights, left signal and one brake light work.... no running lights. They were screwy when I got it, (PO tryed to fix it, I can tell by the quick connects and shoddy connections... then i tried to fix em and now they are really bad.
Does anyone have a wiring schematic for the tailight wiring on these trucks? Also, what are the three wires for? I figure ones +ve, ones -ve and the other? maybe brake power? i gotta go give this another try.... cuz i'm gonna get pulled over and ticketed!
upsate: got the right side working, running, brake, signal and reverse light. The left side works on signal, brake and reverse. the running lights on that side (tailights) will not go. the bulb is good, I tested with another one. Anything? Thanks!
Do you have a voltmeter? You could check to see if you are getting current to the outlet. I found if you have a voltmeter it makes troubleshooting electrical system alot easier. Fred
