My only idea is the "take it apart and put it back together" solution. I would tear the dash out, pull the speedo, look eveything over, and then put it back together. Believe it or not, this fixes stuff sometimes(bad connections, etc). You can take a pencil eraser and shine up any copper lands on the circuit board where the connector and lights plug in.

Thanks for that. I went out in a similar truck and tried a few things to get the same result and it does the same thing when I pull the fuse. I will start opening it up tommorrow and checking it out. Thanks again
