Catalytic convertor installed ?

i have a 1978 f 250 with a 351-400 2 barrel manual trans part time 4x4
did this truck ever have a catalytic converter on it and a air pump?

In California it would for sure.

Air pump for sure.

What is the DSO code for that truck ?
It's on the door data plate on the bottom.

From: Gretna ,LA.

My 79 250 4wd 351m had no converter and an air pump from the factory.I believe that at that time if the truck was rated for 8500# or more it was exempt from a converter.
