Find horn fuse, should be powered all the time- with test light touching end of fuse(should be lit) start engine and see if it stays powered.Fuse box is powered 2 ways-fuse link straight from post on starter solenoid to one section of box and through ign. switch to other section of bo

I have had for 2 years and have done a lot of work to it but no rewiring. Did not notice till the other day when I went to go get my inspection sticker and it did not blow. When I got home to see what the promblem was it worked and notice it worked only when the engine was off. Now if the fuse is not working when the key is off how do I fix? Did not check that!
You need one of those bumper stickers - "Horn broken, watch for finger!"
