Chip question

I have a 97 F250LD 5.4L 4x4 auto, K&N FIPK and a cat back system. Headers (long tube) to come later. I haul a camper and tow a boat.
Which chip would give me the most options?
I have been looking at the Superchip #1715.
Are some of the options on the #1715 not used for my year of truck?

Thanks

For long tube headers you need a custom programmed chip --- using the 1715 with long tube headers will likely set off the check engine light and fail emissions. Also, if your truck has the ODBII test connector under the hood instead of under the dash it won't work at all. The tuner will not calibrate the speedo for your year/model.

I looked and the data port is under the dash,
What kind of gains will I see using the 1715, without putting on headers?
The code on the passenger side door is ADX3. Is this the right one needed to order the chip?

Average HP gain is about 10%. Some get a slightly more, some slightly less. Depends on factors such as altitude, fuel quality, engine tolerances, etc.

Yes, that's the right code and yes, we can program a Diablo chip for it.
