Hi Josh, I'll bet there are plenty of trucks around your area, ya just gotta get out and look. Don't be afraid to go up someones driveway and ask if that ol truck might be for sale. Have you visited and walked the junk yards in your area? That is a great way to spend a day with a couple of buds.

Actually I'm good friends with a few of the guys that own junkyards in the area, and I've struck out completely. Nobody has the parts that I can find. I have been really surprised that I can't find it actually. It's pretty frustrating since that is the only thing holding me back from putting the truck on the road. Everyone has the C6 flywheels, but no luck with the manual. I'm going to try again on Monday with a friend who is going to let me dig around in the corners of his yard now that I have the specs for the flywheel. Wish me luck!!!

Josh, I think I would just buy a new one. That way ya got a good surface for the clutch. When you find one, you'll probably need to get it resurfaced. Add that to purchase price and.....
You are correct, auto trannys were coming in strong by then.
