Let's get it on!

You folks should check out the New England chapter. They had a huge meet, people came from everywhere. Granted, Texas is much larger, but we should be able to set up a meet that could rival anything done yet. Rosati hosted, and only Ray from Austin and myself drove over for the fun. I tried to have a little get together here in Cove and only had the same two FTE guys come that are usually here on the weekend anyway. I am willing to show up anywhere within reason. (Sorry Connie, you are just a bit too far away for me to go to a meet there!) I am sure someone in the big 3 or Austin can get something together. 'Course, the offer still stands if you folks want to hang out at my place.

Let's get something going, I am soooo bored sitting on the couch for the last three weeks recovering from surgery. Want to fix trucks! *insert a Tim Allen grunt here*

Why not ask your parents to help host one at local park pavillion? Usually one can be had for a day with a small deposit. This way your parents won't have to worry about their home being invaded.

See my post this page "Are we ever ....". I think it is worth another shot, despite lackluster past experience. I think Spring is the first practical time. I have a few ideas I'm mulling over.
