Hey everybody!

I stumbled on your website last week, and love it! I had been looking at used F-150's and F-250's for the past couple weeks, and on a whim went to the local dealership Saturday to look around. I picked up my new baby yesterday! 2004 F-150 5.4L Screw 4X4 - True Blue w/silver underside. I had a '97 F-150 supercab when they first came out, and fell in love, but couldn't afford to buy it when the lease was up. Settled on a Ranger, hated it for 5 1/2 years because it wasn't full-size. Swore I'd get another one, someday, and now I do! I was a little disappointed in dealer prep, though. Crappy, "in a rush"-looking wash job, adhesive on tailgate under "F-150" emblem, tires 15 psi underinflated (!), and only 5/8 of a tank of gas! You would think as worried about their customer surveys as they are that the deliveries would be sparkling! And to top it off, I had read here this weekend that Ford puts the Synthetic blend in these beasts, so I "double-checked" this with my saleswoman. She said "I don't think so. I would think if they did, they'd tell me, but I'll have to check on that". Nice knowing your facts, eh? Well, enough bragging/ranting. Very happy to be here, and VERY happy to have a reason to be here!
