Gosh we talked about this like a year ago it seems like, but it is finally out... Superlift's 10" lift kit for the 99-04's. They use 8" springs and 2" hangers to make it work out.
I wish they had had it out when I got mine..
Just thought I would let y'all know in case anyone was looking at lifting in the near future... By the way, I think it is priced around 2k.
It was in the mags when I ordered my 8" lift but superlift had not sent any to distributers yet, and the impatiant person that I am settled for the 8",
I'm thinking about giving superlift a call and see what it would cost to get the components to upgrade my 8" to a 10" and get the blistiens while I'm at it,
skipped link, what size rims and tires do you have? i am looking at liftin my 03 like yours 8" . i also need to know what backspacing to use. i am lookin at some rims that are 17x10 with 4.5 backspacing. would a 10" wide rim fit a 38 no problem? also it is a ext cab with a short box and 1 piece driveshaft - would that need to be modified? any help or advice would be great. thanks.
IMO, I'd order it without the adjustable bar and without the pitman arm (to get them taken off of the price) and order up crossover and trac bar relocation for better geometry and safety.
I'm glad that I'm running crossover steering and trac bar relocation on my 8.5" lift.....love the way it performs and no extreme angle to the drag link or extreme drop pitman arm to place uneeded stress on the sector shaft. I can turn my 38" PJs easier now than I could my 35" BFGs that I had with the 4" lift.

I am running 38-15-16.5 superswamper SSR's, with 16.5x 10" ultra wheels (they were cheap @ $135 apiece) I'm not sure of the backspacing though, I think a 10" wide wheel on a 38x 15" tire is a good combo and would work good for you and yes they will fit no problem, as far as drivlines go my truck does have the one piece drivline, and when stock it had the vibration dampner looking thing with a single u-joint on each end, after fighting with a high speed vibration for a week or so of changing pinion angles with no cure, I got a driveline with a double cardigan joint out of a 2000 f-250 supercab short bed, which was a little long for my truck so I had it shortend to the right legnth for my lift, and installed it, and voila no more vibration, also don't forget to lengthen the front driveline aswell, I tought mine would be ok but when I tride using 4wd in a truck pull the tourqe pulled the drive shaft out of the splines in the yoke,
If you have any more questions let me know I'll try to help out as much as possible,

I run an 8" FabTech lift on my '02 F250 CC (Duel Bilsteins w/reserviours up front).
I run 16.5" Weld "Stone Crushers" with 35x14.5x16.5 Swampers on it. I like the height and ride alot...no wheel rubbing and I've had the front about as twisted as I dare on a few occasions...
