Cylinder Misfire

I have a 1998 V-8 F150. I have an error reading a "#4 cylinder misfire" My question is which cylinder is #4?

passenger side, back (closest to the cab ) of the engine

I had this same problem about a year ago when i first bought mine. I had the same error. My problem was the plugs/wires.

Thanks for the info. I had the same problem a year ago as well. It was the individual coil that sits over the plug. I'll start there and see what happens.
